To the Virtuoso Music website.

Virtuoso Music is run by Alan Moore and offers freelance composition and incidental music for film, television, radio, theatre, corporate video, computer games, websites and any other media projects.

The Musical examples on these pages will give you an idea of the types of composition that I produce. (Who am I? Click).

The pieces represent my submissions for projects found within the Music for the Media course:

Music for the Media acts like work experience for media composers. Students work from real-life briefs, developing important new skills and powers of musical observation.

Recent Projects

Please click on the Real Audio links below for some examples of my most recent music. They give a good idea of the type and variety of music that I write. Please remember that there is a great deal of compression at work on these files and so their quality will not be as good as the original recording. These pieces represent my submissions for a distance learning course - 'Music for the Media' - and are based on real-life briefs. The examples are categorised by the type of media work that they were written for.
